And so here we go again, the familiar excitment is returning to me as I gear up to starting a new year, my fourth year, at the U of A. A new start with new ambitions, a new major, a new dorm, a new attidude towards studying; The theme song is track 5 of Elevation v. 4 (dunno what it's called yet), it's got a killer beat that keeps me movin' forward. Jess's helping me move in tomorrow (her theme song is Elevation v. 4 track 2), and we'll see where things go from there... No clue what RA training's gonna be like but I'm surely hoping we'll be able to come up for air regularly, and go out a-partying come Saturday. Spent $86 at Albertsons just now (yeah at like 1am) on liquids for the dorm's mini-fridge (soda, gatorade, water, milk, grapefruit juice, and guinness), and other necessary even if overpriced necessities like kleenex and band-aids and tooth paste. Made spinach-feta-filled tortallinis from scratch tonight and some fettaccini with the extra dough, though they're just sitting in the refrigerator waiting to be cooked since I went to Macaroni with Jess instead. It was fun cooking pasta, talking to Marc, and watching Mario Batalli on the food network talk about making great italian pasta dishes, though! Night all :)
